We can assist our clients with identifying, gathering, and organizing bank statements and all other supporting documents pertaining to financial transactions that have occurred in the administration of an estate.  We also provide information and guidance on maintaining proper financial records.

Accounting Process Review

Our Accounting Process Review (APR) services focus on streamlining processes, improving access to information, and eliminating process waste which improves productivity, decision making, and the utilization of assets and resources.  We recognize that just because a process works, it does not necessarily mean that it is efficient.  By evaluating how you are doing things now and what your business goals are, we can help identify any gaps between your strategy and execution.

When we are asked to do an APR, we begin with an evaluation of your current practices, which is done through a thorough analysis of your people, processes, and technology.  We will identify areas for improvement along with any internal control weaknesses.  We will recommend process changes that help improve efficiencies and mitigate control weaknesses, then assist you to implement those changes.
